NEED: To develop an engaging web presence that enahnced and supported Mercuri’s brand equity and served as a platform to deliver a range of services and company information.
SOLUTION: We started by holding a series of discovery workshops with stakeholders to gain an understanding of how they wanted to use and deliver information and services via the internet. We then developed several concepts and tested them using functional interactive mock-ups. From there we honed the information architecture and the look’n’feel to develop a detailed Beta version of the site. User testing enabled us to learn from end users, make some minor tweeks and the site went live on time and under budget.
