We are experienced researchers and ethnographers that have worked over all of the world to identify user needs across large and diverse customer segments in a range of sectors.
We constantly monitor trends to understand how consumers are behaving and to identify shifts in customer needs and expectations. Often, we work with internal ‘Insights’ teams to support our clients in identifying new opportunities or undertake primary research that identifies new opportunity areas.
Using contextual research techniques, we work with target state customers and users in their homes and workplaces to gather information and gain insights.
We work closely with people to understand how they perform tasks to fulfil goals and meet their needs. We compare how different users and groups develop work-arounds to problems as we identity and audit the competitor landscape and benchmark KPIs.
As issues and insights emerge we identify opportunities that become important strategic themes that inform new business strategy of clients.
