CLIENT: Swiss Privilege

SECTOR: Financial Services

SERVICES: Service Design, Interaction Design, Web and Digital Media Design, Project Management.

NEED: To develop an engaging web presence that enhanced and supported Swiss Privilege’s brand equity and served as a platform to deliver a range of B2C financial services as well as product information.

SOLUTION: Factotum held a series of discovery workshops with customers and stakeholders to gain an understanding of what they required from an online financial services provider . We then developed several concepts and tested them with customers and employees using functional interactive mock-ups.

From there we honed the information architecture , the UX and the design of the UI for the site. We then created a click through version of the site we were able to test with users.  We worked with the IT team at Swiss Privilege ensure interoperability with a variety of datasets and databases as well as ensure the site was secure. We then went live with the final release version with no issues or problems. Factotum were able to deliver the final site within budget and on time.
